Screen printing machines found online may have some significant or minor issues. First, some machines may have severe problems, such as color bleeding, pinholes, unequal repeat gaps, and irregular screen placement. These problems can reduce your printing production and compromise the quality of your screen printing equipment, so you need to find a way to solve this type of screen printing issue.
You can solve the color bleeding problem by using a thick printing paste. Keep a clean screen in every registration. Ensure that the pigment of every registration is stuck to the fabric. Furthermore, you can use chalk to check the repeats. Calculate the screen registration so will unequal gaps will not occur between the repetitions.
Consequently, irregular placement of the screen is another issue. When you can’t start printing accurately on a screen printing machine, it often happens when you fail to check the repeats. If you find any leakage or soiling on the cloth of the screen, mask the edge of the screen with tape.

Ink film unevenness:
It occurs due to the bad deployment of the ink on the screen or the regular deployment of ink into the screen. The filter must be reused, and the old ink box and printing plate must be washed thoroughly before use. Sometimes, you may have a problem with the board.

Bubble formation in the air:
Bubble formation in printing can occur for several reasons. If your printing process is not good, it may appear. If you use blue, red, and green color ink, as it is transparent, it will be a good protector for your bubbles.
