Check and double-check the screen printing machine before starting your printing business with it to prevent unequal gaps between repeats.
Screen printing machines found online may have some big or small problems. First, Some machines may have severe problems like color bleeding, pin-holes, unequal repeats gaps, irregular screen placement, etc. As a result, it would reduce your printing production and the quality of your screen printing equipment. So you need to find a way to solve this kind of screen printing problem.
You can solve the color bleeding problem if you use thick printing paste. Keep a clean screen in every registration. Ensure that the pigment of every registration is stuck with the fabric. Furthermore, you can use chalk to check the repeats. Calculate the screen registration, nor will unequal gaps occur between the repetitions.
Consequently, irregular placement of the screen is another kind of problem. When you can’t start printing on a screen printing machine accurately, it happens when you fail to check the repeats. If you find any leakage or soiling of the cloth of the screen, you just need to mask the edge of the screen with tape.
In addition, if you use the pigment unequally on the screen, color patches will happen on the cloth. To remove the color patch problem of the cloth, you may use a large amount of pigment to distribute the paste evenly.
While there are germs and dirt in the mesh, pin-holes may occur during printing on your screen printing equipment. Hence the germs and dirt block the light from passing through the screen; the mesh should wash before stretching. On the other hand, pin-holes may sometimes occur for insufficient exposure time on the screen and coating of the screen.

Ink film unevenness:
It occurs for the bad deployment of the ink on the screen or regular deployment of ink into the screen. The filter must be re-used, and remove the old ink box; the printing plate must wash thoroughly before use. Sometimes you may have a problem with the board. The board may be damaged. To get a transparent screen printing from your screen printing press, ink unevenness needs. To prevent damage, you must have the protection of the front side of the board, and the machine should be polished.
Bubble formation in the air:
Bubble formation in printing may happen for many reasons. If your printing process is not good, it may occur. The screen printer should mix the anti-foaming agent with the ink to avoid bubble formation in the air. On the other hand, they can use hot water to prevent bubbles in the air. If you use blue, red, and green color ink as it is transparent, it will be a good protector for your bubbles.
In the case of a silk screen printing machine, a dirty event like drying may happen. It does occur for oxidation of the ink. Desiccant cobalt is used to reduce the speed of dryness.
